1. Eligibility for Return

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Applicable only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

• Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

2. Return Process

• Share your order number, issue description, and images of the damaged product.

• Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or share the return address.

3. Refunds

• Refunds are processed once the returned product is inspected and approved.

• The amount will be credited to your original payment method (Razorpay or COD refund).

• Shipping costs are refundable only if the return is due to our error.

4. International Returns

For international orders, returns and refunds follow the respective country's courier and customs policies.

5. Non-Returnable Items Clause

Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted for opened or used food items unless they arrived damaged or defective.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of receipt of the return delivery.
